Silver Bar Processing Plant
Challenge
A major precious metals producer sought to improve the efficiency and safety of one of its high-volume manufacturing processes involving large-format silver bars. The existing workflow was heavily manual, requiring significant operator involvement for material handling, data entry, and quality checks. This approach introduced operational inefficiencies and increased the risk of human error.
Solution
To address these challenges, a custom automated system was developed in close collaboration with the client. The solution integrated mechanical handling, automated processing, and digital data capture into a single streamlined workflow.
